Dr. Chris MacDonald
Dr. Chris MacDonald teaches ethics and critical thinking at the Ted Rogers School of Management, Ryerson University, Toronto. He is director of the Ted Rogers Leadership Centre. A philosopher by training, he writes and speaks on issues of business ethics and corporate responsibility. He is co-director of IN.Lab, a research and development program aimed at creating digital interactive scenarios for use in ethics and leadership training and university education. Hilary Martin
Hilary Martin is co-director of IN.Lab at the Ted Rogers School of Management, Ryerson University, Toronto. She designs and delivers game-based, experiential learning programs to improve ethical decision-making in the workplace, largely focused on early-career employee challenges. Until 2014 she was research and outreach coordinator for the Canadian Business Ethics Research Network (CBERN), a project connecting 1500+ business, NGO, government, and academic participants, led by Dr. Wesley Cragg.
